Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)
A functional capacity assessment (FCA) evaluates a person’s ability to perform daily tasks in all areas of their life. For example, at home, at work, and in the community. This helps you and the NDIS better understand your goals, strengths, and the impacts of your disability or mental health conditions.

This is a very thorough and detailed assessment and report which typically takes 10+ hours to complete.

*Please note* I can not complete a FCA over telehealth only. This requires at least some in person appointments.

Sensory Profile
A Sensory Profile is an assessment that measures an individual's sensory processing patterns and the effects on their daily life.

This information is used to better understand a person's sensory needs, recommend strategies to meet these needs, and support participation in meaningful activities.

Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions focus on building skills and modifying the physical and social environment to support participation in meaningful activities. This can include taking care of oneself (and others), working, studying, volunteering, and participating in hobbies, interests, and social events.

Therapy sessions take place in your home, the local community, or by telehealth.

Non face to face support
Behind the scenes support.

For example, writing reports, scoring and analysing assessments, documentation, care team meetings with other health professionals or support coordinators, phone and email communications.
